The project is located in the industrial area on the southern side of the main urban area of Wen County. The land area is approximately 150,000 square meters.

The project aims to establish a dedicated food industry park, integrating the existing legacy factory buildings and office structures on the site. This includes the addition of 12 new factory buildings on the western and northern sides, while the eastern side combines the existing single-story factory building with newly constructed ones, connected through a public service corridor. Additionally, the southern side of the land will involve the renovation of existing office buildings and the addition of new supporting service structures.
