The project site is located in the Dunbar Southlands neighborhood of Vancouver and consists of an assembly of five parcels: 4585-4543 Dunbar Street, situated between West 30th Avenue and West 29th Avenue.

Our main objective is to integrate the New Dunbar Theatre into a mixed-use development, revitalizing the west side of Dunbar and restoring its role as a community gathering place. Our primary focus is the restoration of the original 1934 facade, with a particular emphasis on retaining 14 feet of the south concrete wall and salvaging as much of the original facade as possible. Signage will be restored, and careful attention will be given to lighting, ensuring a classy and refined appearance for the building.

The project will feature a five-story condo building offering a diverse range of residential units, including one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with distinctive townhouses located to the north of the theater. Our aim is to create a space where residents and visitors can come together, appreciate the rich history of the Dunbar Theatre, and engage with the vibrant surrounding community.
